Back in Action...from the Middle East!
Writing again from a new country but same desire to pursue nerd information and deliver them to you in some great fun packed articles.
Some of you might have noticed I hit pause on my writing for a few months now and for an exciting reason. My family packed up and moved to Kuwait for a three-year adventure because of my husband's job. When I shared our new destination with friends and family, I got a buffet of reactions, but living in the Arabian Gulf has been surprisingly great.

The journey hasn't been all smooth sailing, though. It has been an interesting and time-consuming scavenger hunt for which groceries to buy at what store, and that elusive perfect coffee spot for a five-minute sanity break. You'd think I'd be a pro at this, having played musical chairs with my home address 14 times since marrying someone in the military. Expecting the changes associated with moving overseas to be similar to a move in the States is a bit like expecting a hopscotch game and ending up in a dance-off.
But hey, change is always tough and sucks, but in the end, you're glad you did it- just like eating steamed broccoli and doing 100 squats! 🥦💪
Don’t miss out on the upcoming post as I chat through a series on pelvic health. You know you've been waiting for this – who doesn't want to become an expert on their own pelvis? P.S. You do. Seriously. You just might not know it yet.
That's a great photo!!
